The preparation for an initial consultation for medical cannabis advice is more comprehensive than a regular doctor's visit. 1. Fill out the treatment contract
Your safety is our top priority. Therefore, every treatment requires a written treatment contract that clarifies expectations and conditions. This ensures transparency for your medical care. Please download the contract by clicking on the PDF icon, fill it out, and sign it.
If you have any uncertainties, you can skip this step, and we will discuss and complete the treatment contract together during the first appointment.
By completing the questionnaire, I gain insight into your medical history and needs in advance. This allows me to tailor the initial consultation to you optimally. The information is also required for the MeCanna register of the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG).
After you have filled out the questionnaire, you have the opportunity to upload the signed treatment contract directly and send it to me with the click of a button.
3. Book a consultation
Your consultation appointment will take place via the video conferencing software Zoom. You will receive a link via email in advance to participate in the conversation using your PC, tablet, or smartphone. If you cannot use Zoom, the conversation can alternatively take place via WhatsApp or as a regular phone call.
